February 16, 2023, 26 days, Mount Olive –

Baby Girl McKenzie Lyn McArthur, at only 26 days old, completed her life’s journey on Thursday, February 16, 2023.  She leaves behind her mommy and daddy, Elizabeth Nicole Creech and Jimmy Ray McArthur; big brothers, Bentley Ray McArthur and Jacob Creech; big sister, Nevaeh Creech; maternal grandparents, T. C. Creech and Johnna Creech; paternal grandfather and step-grandmother, Kenneth Ray McArthur and Rhonda Foss; paternal great-grandmother, Marie McArthur; several aunts, uncles, and cousins from both sides of the family.    All of Baby McKenzie’s immediate family are from the Mount Olive and Newton Grove areas.

Among loved ones who preceded her in death include paternal grandmother, Caycee Smith; paternal great-grandfather, Ray Douglas McArthur; and maternal great-grandparents, Thurman Creech, Sr. and Elizabeth Ward.

A gathering to commemorate the life of Baby McKenzie will be Thursday, February 23, at 2 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home in Mount Olive.  The Rev. Barry Stallings will offer words of comfort. 

Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery in Mount Olive.
