Billy Everette Duncan, age 44, passed away Monday.  Born in Denver, CO, he was the son of the late John David Duncan, Jr. and Catherine Diane Pogue Duncan.

A celebration of life for Billy will be held on Sunday at the Mount Olive Train Depot at 3:00 pm with his brother, John Duncan officiating.

Billy is survived by his brother, John David Duncan, and his wife, Nichole; his nephews, C.J. Duncan, Clark Duncan, Raylan Duncan, and a niece, Bella Duncan; his grandmothers, Edna Haire and Mary Catherine Ousley; and his aunts, Hazel Goff, Phyllis Crews, Denise Allen, and Susan Rhinehart; and his uncle Bud Pogue.
