Bundy Corbett Pyatt passed away at her home on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. Bundy was born in La Grange, NC on March 1, 1948, to the late Roby Corbett and Louise Hines Corbett.

Bundy met and married Robert Louis “Bob” Pyatt 52 years ago. They had three children and Bundy quickly realized her giftedness. She was called to be a mother and a homemaker. Bundy excelled at loving and caring for her family. Her home-cooked meals and clean home reminded her family of just how much she loved them. They would never go hungry if Bundy had anything to do with it. Her love only grew when she had grandchildren. She had more than enough love to share with all her family.

Bundy had an extended family which really felt more like brothers and sisters. Her cousins, nieces, and nephews were all part of those she loved and enjoyed being around. This carried all the way to her family in Ohio. Distance did not stop her love and care.

When Bundy took a break, it was to watch Little House on the Prairie or the Young and the Restless. She enjoyed getting out and going shopping, simply spending time with those she adored. Her real pride was her family and her home, though.

Bundy was a woman of faith. She loved the Lord and had the desire to worship Him. She was a believer in prayer and did not hesitate to speak a prayer or ask for prayers from those she knew. Life wasn’t always easy, but she knew where her help came from. She knew the Lord loved her and was caring for her.

As requested by Bundy, no services will be held. She did request that any donations in her memory be made to Abused and Neglected Children or Disabled American Veterans. These causes were near and dear to her heart.

Bundy is survived by her husband, Robert Louis Pyatt; children, Amber Pyatt Kasey and Robert Louis “Bobby” Pyatt, Jr. (Jenny Hale); grandchildren, Taylor Puetz and Robert Louis “Louie” Pyatt, III.; many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and a special family member, Baby Olivia. In addition to her parents, Bundy was preceded in death by a daughter, Angela Lee Pyatt; and siblings, Jean Long, Lolas Blizzard, and Thurston Corbett.
