February 12, 2023, 86, Mount Olive –

Betty King Creech, 86, of Mt. Olive, passed away at Mt. Olive Center on Sunday, February 12, 2023.  She was born in Sampson County on June 30, 1936, to the late Pearl David King and Sudie Sutton King.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Earl Creech; and daughter, Janice Creech Yancey.

She is survived by sons, Curtis Creech of Four Oaks, and David Creech of Four Oaks; and a grandson, Michael Ryan Yancey.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations with the Reverend Dennis Pollock officiating.  The burial will be in Creech’s Family Cemetery.
