Margaret Lee Busch Carter, 69, of Princeton died Monday at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Lee and Margaret Miller Busch and was the wife of Richard Edward Carter. Mrs. Carter was a member of Faith Free Will Baptist Church; she enjoyed making flowers for the family cemetery and loving on her cats. Mrs. Carter was a very kindhearted lady.

She is survived by her husband, of 45 years, Richard; two daughters, Patricia Carter-Morris and Karen Michelle Johnson both of Goldsboro; a brother, Tom Busch of Michigan; 5 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Ann LaRue.
