November 2, 2022, 82, Kinston –

Priscilla Lancaster Head, 82, passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro surrounded by her family. Born in Wayne County on May 24, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Norman Wesley and Patsy Mae Howell Lancaster.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Chris Lancaster and N.W. Lancaster; and sisters, Ann Evans, Marlene Lancaster, and Peggy Gurley.

Priscilla is survived by her husband of sixty-three years, Delmas C. Head; daughters, Ronda Head Mangold and Deborah Head, both of Kinston; grandchildren, Lindsey Erin Luther (Dave) and Connor James Mangold (Taylor); great-grandchildren, Connor James Mangold Jr., Cayden Thomas Mangold, and Matilda Luther; sister-in-law, Joyce Head of Kinston; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2022, at Seymour Funeral Home in Goldsboro. A private graveside service to celebrate Priscilla’s life will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at the Gurley Family Cemetery.
