Sherry A. Goff, 49, passed away Saturday. She is the daughter of William “Willie” and Brenda Bailey Aldridge. Sherry enjoyed going fishing, a good yard sale, and painting. She had worked the sales floor for Walmart.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Willoughby officiating. Burial will follow in the Aldridge Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.

In addition to her parents, Sherry is survived by her sons: Scotty Aldridge and Nicholas Parks; sisters, Rose Couch and husband, Charles and Janie Aldridge; a brother, Marvin Aldridge, and wife, Andrea, one grandchild; nieces, Brittney Coltrane and Regan Wise; and a nephew, Sean Wise.
