Goldsboro Police Department was dispatched Sunday morning after 911 received a call. The call received at approximately 8:25 a.m., was about a welfare check.  When officers arrived, they observed that the unknown victim was unresponsive and requested EMS. Overnight officers with the Goldsboro Police Department received a 911 call, along with a ShotSpotter alert, for shots fired in the 100 block of Rockefeller Court.
