Authorities are seeking information about a fatal accident. On Sunday afternoon, first responders were dispatched to a single motor vehicle accident in the 1000 block of W. New Hope Road.

Upon arrival, it was determined that the vehicle had run off the roadway, and the driver of the motor vehicle was deceased. The driver, 36-year-old Kendra Lewis was the only occupant of the vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
