Barbara did enjoy serving her family. Whether smocking beautiful outfits for her grandchildren or preparing a delicious meal, she truly cherished spending time with her children and grandchildren. And she always made sure they were dressed and groomed properly, just as she did for herself.

As a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, Barbara utilized the gifts she had been given to glorify God and serve the church through various ministries. She welcomed the opportunity to serve God and others.

A steady rock for her family, Barbara loved each of them dearly and offered much time and attention to their lives. Whether needing advice, a listening ear, or casual conversation, they knew that Barbara was always available to hear them out.

A service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 19, 2022, at St. Paul United Methodist Church with Rev. Phyllis Vail and Rev. Jim Harry officiating. The family will greet friends at the church following the service. A private entombment for the family will be at Wayne Memorial Park.
