With profound sorrow, the Williams & Ashford Funeral Directors and Cremations staff join with the Rowe and connected families to announce the earthly departure of Ms. Regina Evette Rowe, 54, of Goldsboro, NC. Ms. Rowe transitioned at the Wayne UNC Health Care Center of Goldsboro, NC.
The pages of life began to turn for Ms. Regina Evette Rowe, Aka, Pudding or Gin-Bean, when she was born to Mary Frances Rowe and Promise Rowe, Sr., in Washington, DC.
Regina received her formal educated in the Eastern Wayne Public Schools. She was a 1986 graduate of Eastern Wayne High School.
She was employed with Brookdale Assisted Living Center and was recently hired by Furniture Fair as a Sales Associate.
She joined Holly Green Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. Regina sang faithfully with the Thompson Gospel Singers and was always willing to sing for others when asked. She enjoyed Singing, Dancing, playing spades, going to Bingo, cooking for others, making videos on TikTok, and spending time with family.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Frances Rowe, and her father, Promise Rowe, Sr.
Her children survive her: Ashley Shante’ Rowe, Alex Devonte’ Rowe, and Sakendra Michelle Pittman; grandchildren: A’kari Rahyair Smith-Rowe; sisters: Tina Mayhue Jacqueline Brewington; brothers: Promise Rowe, Jr. and James L. Rowe; nieces: Kiera Rowe, Aaron Rowe, Treva Brewington, Demorris Brewington, Lealbert Brewington.
