Barbara Ann Burroughs Quinn, 75, of Fremont passed away Friday, August 5, 2022 at Heritage Retirement Center in Rocky Mount.

A private service will be held.

Ms. Quinn was born in Wayne County on March 28, 1947 to the late Paul Burroughs Sr. and Deborah Burroughs.  

She is survived by two daughters, Bonnie Hallenbeck and Loretta Quinn; one son, Scott Ellis; two brothers, Billy Mozingo and wife, Karen and Roger Mozingo and wife, Wanda; ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Quinn was preceded in death by one daughter, Tabitha Quinn and two brothers, J.C. Mozingo and Paul Burroughs Jr.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
