Late Saturday afternoon firefighters from Arrington along with EMS were dispatched to the scene of a single vehicle accident on Country Club Road near Club Knolls Road.

A single silver passenger vehicle driven by a male was heading west when it approached a slight
curve in the road. The vehicle ran off the right shoulder of the road and
struck a ditch bank and a driveway culvert. The vehicle flipped, coming to a stop
in the driveway facing the road.

The driver was taken to the hospital with injuries. Arrington firefighters set up traffic control thru the
scene while waiting for the Highway Patrol to arrive at the crash site.
