National Night Out activities return to Goldsboro Tuesday! Last year the event was canceled due to weather and before that it was Covid. It appears the weather will not stop the activities this year.
This community event encourages residents to come together in a spirit of unity and take a stand against violence and crime.
National Night Out includes a resource fair where attendees can learn more about programs that are available to residents, ranging from domestic violence programs to the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.
Goldsboro Police Department and Wayne County Sheriff’s Office promote “Building safer communities through prevention, education, and community partnership.”
National Night Out is being held at Herman Park in Goldsboro from 6 – 8 PM on Tuesday, August 2nd.
