On Wednesday, Goldsboro Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 1112 North John Street. At approximately 9:38 a.m., GFD Engines 1, 2, 3, 4, Tower-1, Batt-1, and staff responded with 20 personnel to extinguish the fire.

The first arriving unit reported full involvement with fire showing from all windows. The fire was brought under control at 10:35 a.m. The units remained on scene until 1:31 p.m.

The property value and loss are estimated at $33,610.

No injuries were reported. The fire is currently under investigation.
