Josephine Pilkington Godwin, 72, of Kenly, passed away on Friday, July 8, 2022 at UNC Johnston Health in Smithfield surrounded by her family. Josephine was born in Johnston County on August 13, 1949 to the late Joseph Pilkington and Ada Bell William Pilkington.

Josephine is survived by her son, Phillip Wayne Wall of Smithfield.

No services will be held at this time.
