April 7, 2022, 62, Goldsboro –

Timothy “Tim” Ray Wice, age 62, passed away early Thursday morning at his home.  Born in Japan, he was the son of Beverly McDonald Wice and the late Reid Ray Wice.  A graduate of Southern Wayne High School, he was employed with  AMF Bakery.

A Graveside service to celebrate his life will be held Monday, April 11, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at the Oak Friends Cemetery on the Hollowell Family Farm, 2493 Stevens Mill Road, Goldsboro, NC. A visitation for family and friends will be held Sunday, April 10, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Along with his mother, Tim is survived by his wife of 39 years, Carolyn Hinkle Wice; his sons, Jeff Wice (Brooke) and Andy Wice (Crystal); his grandchildren, Gavin Wice and Josie Wice; his brother, Bob Wice (Billie); his sister, Lee Joyner (Ricky); his father-in-law, Dorse Hinkle; his lifetime best friend, Robbie Pelletier.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Janice Lynn Green and his mother-in-law, Bonnie Sue Hinkle.
