Mrs. Roxie Anne Young Duncan, at the age of 70, passed away late Monday night, April 4, 2022, at the home of her son.

Born in Greene County and raised at Jason near La Grange, she had been a resident of the Outlaw’s Bridge area near Seven Springs since her marriage.

Funeral services will be held by the graveside Saturday, April 9, at 11 a.m. at the Duncan-Tillman Cemetery on the family farm. Officiating will be the Rev. Dave Fischman. Following the service, family members will greet friends and relatives.

Mrs. Duncan is survived by a daughter, Caron Duncan Harper and husband, Jason, of Albertson; a son, Conny Duncan, Jr. and wife, La Donna, of Seven Springs; five grandchildren, Haley Dunn and husband, Tyler, John Duncan, Kateland Duncan, Johnathan Harper, and Emmaleigh Harper; two sisters, Danine Duncan and husband, Bobby, of Seven Springs, and Jessica Barber and husband, Kyle, of La Grange.

Those preceding her in death include her husband, Conny Duncan, Sr.; her parents, Dan West Young and Mary Pauline Swinson Young; and a sister, Laura Young.
