(GDN) – The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office says 34-year-old Matthew Joseph Schilling of Goldsboro was taken into police custody. They say on March 24, 2022, Deputy Gray responded to a call for service in the southern part of Wayne County for assistance. As a result of an investigation, Schilling was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say Schilling was given a $2,500 unsecured bond.
