(GDN) – National Poison Prevention Week is March 20-26, 2022. Safe Kids Wayne County, along with the Goldsboro Police Department have scheduled two events in recognition of National Poison Prevention Week. Operation Medicine Drop will be held on March 22, 2022 at the Peggy M. Seegars Senior Center from 9:00am-1:00pm and again on March 23, 2022 from 12:30-3:30pm at Wayne Community College in the Learning Center Seminar Room. (WLC161.) Organizers say bring any expired, unused or unwanted medications.
