Martyna Patricia “Tina” Modica, 71, peacefully passed away on Friday, February 25, 2022 in the comforts of her home, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 2, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Edwin and Martyna Rauch.

Tina is survived by her husband of 52 years, Robert Anthony Modica, Sr.; children, Robert A. Modica, Jr., Martyna McAlduff, Gregory Modica, and Timothy Modica (Jennifer); brother, James Bloomer; twin sister, Ellen Leech; twelve grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Tina enjoyed reading and working on crossword and word search puzzles. She had a nurturing heart and loved caring for children.

A service to celebrate Tina’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home with Chaplain Mike Wells officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
