Joshuah Kristopher Keating, 34, of Goldsboro passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2022.

A private family graveside service will be held at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro.  

Joshuah was born in New York on February 24, 1987.   He was a combat veteran of the war in Iraq and received many decorations and medals including the Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon and the Combat Infantryman Badge. 

He is survived by his parents, Robert and Lisa Hause; one brother, Dustin Chinn and wife, Shannon of Princeton; one sister, Kellie Felton and husband, Trooper David Felton of Goldsboro; his grandparents, Robert and Nan Hause of Tennessee and William and Elaine Buttery of New York and six nieces and nephews, Dustin Jr., Paisley, D.J., Kamran, Justus and Everly.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
