Second Suspect Arrested For 2015 Homicide In Kinston

(GDN) — Kinston Police make another arrest in a 2015 homicide.  On Tuesday, the Kinston Police Department obtained a warrant for the charge of Murder on 42-year-old Michael Fisher.  He was arrested later in the day and was jailed without bond.  Fisher is the second person charged for the murder of Tomothy Nobles on May 31st of 2015.  Nobles was shot multiple times while he was sitting in his vehicle near the intersection of Cox Avenue and Heritage Street.  In January, 32-year-old Marquez Outlaw was arrested and charged with Murder for his alleged involvement in the case.
