February 11, 2022, 71, Princeton –

LoRena Maud Morrow King, 71, of Princeton passed away at UNC Johnston Health Care on Thursday, February 11, 2022.  She was born in Calhoun County, Alabama on June 28, 1950 to the late Willie Roscoe Morrow and Chappelle Mae Trapp Morrow.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her daughter, Charlotte.

LoRena was strong-willed and big-hearted.  She loved to create beautiful things and was always happy to share them with others.  She spent her happiest times between her sewing room and her water garden as well as doting on her grandbabies.  She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her husband, Warren; son, Jon; daughter, Ellen; beloved grandchildren, and her faithful hound.

No funeral services will be held at this time.  No gifts, please.  The family asks that those who knew her honor her memory by celebrating her life.
