Tajmari Joyner scored a career-high 36 points and Goldsboro defeated rival Eastern Wayne 92-68 on Friday evening.

Goldsboro ends the regular season with a 16-4 overall record and a 10-0 record in Neuse Six Conference play. Eastern Wayne will finish the regular season with a 9-13 overall record.

Both teams will be back in action this week for the Neuse Six 2A Conference tournament.

Eastern Wayne hosts Beddingfield on Monday, while Goldsboro plays at home on Wednesday.
