Vehicle Leaves Scene After Striking Pedestrian On E. Ash Street

(GDN) — The Goldsboro Police Department is seeking the public’s help in solving a hit-and-run.  Around 7 PM on Saturday, the 28-year-old victim was walking along the 3800 block of E. Ash Street when he was struck by a vehicle east of Piedmont Airline Road.  The suspect vehicle continued traveling west on E. Ash Street.  Another passing vehicle stopped to help the victim.  The victim did not get a description of the suspect vehicle.
