January 24, 2022, 79, Princeton –

James Daniel Miller (Boone), 79, of Princeton, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield surrounded by his family. James was born in Duplin County on March 16, 1942 to the late Jim Parrott Miller and Lula Ethel Cottle Miller.

In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his son, Ronald Miller and four sisters.

Boone is survived by his loving wife, Karen Miller; son, Michael Miller of Richlands; two daughters, Lisa Wilson of Princeton and Dina Miller; five grandchildren, several great grandchildren, a special niece, Belinda Riddle, and many other family and friends.  

He will be dearly missed but precious memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

No services will be held at this time.
