GPD Seeks Info On Hit & Run That Injured Juvenile Bicyclist

(GDN) — A bicyclist is sent to the hospital following a hit-and-run in Goldsboro.  Around 10 PM on Tuesday, the Goldsboro Police Department responded to the accident on W. Grantham Street near Elizabeth Street and the I-795 interchange.  A 16-year-old from Pikeville was riding their bicycle when they were struck by an unknown vehicle and dragged approximately 120 feet down the road.  The suspect vehicle then left the scene.  The victim was taken to Wayne UNC Health Care and was later transported to Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.  His condition is unknown.
