(GDN) — On December 17th, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office received word of an aggravated sex offender that had trespassed on the property of the W.A. Foster Center. This was a violation of the Sex Offender Registry. The investigation by the sheriff’s office led to the arrest of 39-year-old Earl T. Mclean of Goldsboro for Felony Sex Offender Unlawfully on Premises and Probation Violation. Mclean received a $5,000 secured bond.
