(GDN) – A chilly morning in New York City warmed up quickly for one Goldsboro couple.  Ryan Harrison, a police officer from Goldsboro, pulled off what will hopefully be the surprise of a lifetime for his girlfriend Gianna.   Ryan proposed to Gianna on live TV during Monday morning’s “FOX & Friends” show on the FOX News Channel.  Gianna’s answer was “Yes!”  Meteorologist Adam Klotz helped set up the surprise in front of the FOX Christmas Tree while the show’s hosts watched from inside the studio.
