Ella Wells Weeks, 72, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.

Ella was born in New Mexico on October 17, 1949 to the late Lewis and Paulette P. Wells. She was married to the late Claude Marvin Weeks.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 12:00 noon in Pinelawn Memorial Park in Kinston with Rev. Daniel Weeks officiating. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.

Ella is survived by her grandchildren, Desiree Zuniga and Kailey Weeks March and husband Dylan; great-grandson, Legend Zuniga; step-son, Chris Weeks and wife Rose; step-grandchildren, Brian Weeks and wife Heather and Daniel Weeks and wife Caitlyn; step great-grandchildren, Fielder Weeks, Justice Weeks, Cruz Weeks, Roman Weeks, Arden Weeks and Haven Weeks; and sister, Patricia Stewart.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Penny Kincaid and brother, Lewis Wells.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in her memory to Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Court, Goldsboro, NC 27534.
