Angela Darcelyn Iglesias, 47, of Fremont formerly of Chesapeake passed away Monday, November 22, 2021 at Wayne UNC Health Care in Goldsboro surrounded by her family.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Iglesias was born in Pennsylvania on October 13, 1974. Angela’s wishes to be close to her family and live in the country with her chickens came true.  She was a very giving person and worried about those that had less than her. She cared for her boys and husband above herself. Her feistiness was a huge part of her personality and people didn’t forget her.

She is survived by her husband, Joby Iglesias; two sons, Joby Vincent Iglesias Jr. and Ryan Levi Iglesias, both of the home; her mother, Susan Shellhammer Hardy (Alan); her father, Michael Murray and wife, Lisa of West Virginia; one brother, John Henry Murray (Leslee) of Virginia; one sister, April Michelle Pigford (Jay) of Fremont; her mother-in-law, Jackie Severt (Jeff) of Idaho and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Iglesias was preceded in death by her dad, David McCluske and her father-in-law, Bill Iglesias.

The family would like to send a special thanks to Dr. Kerlin at Goldsboro Radiation for all his care and expertise given to Angela.
