Antonio Salazar, 78, of Smithfield, passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021 at home surrounded by his family. Antonio was born in San Luis de la Paz, Mexico on June 10, 1943 to the late Jesus Salazar and Virginia Hernandez.
Antonio is survived by his loving wife, Maria Solis Salazar; his children, Juan Salazar, Jesus Salazar, Raul Salazar, Fernando Salazar, Antonio Salazar, Arturo Salazar; daughter, Norma Salazar; fourteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two brothers, and several other family and friends.
Antonio was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. When not working, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed but precious memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 19, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations Chapel with Father Thomas Duggan officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations in Princeton. Burial will follow in the Price Cemetery in Pine Level.

Antonio Salazar, 78, de Smithfield, falleció el lunes 15 de noviembre de 2021 en su casa rodeado de su familia. Antonio nació en San Luis de la Paz, México, el 10 de junio de 1943, hijo del difunto Jesús Salazar y Virginia Hernández.
A Antonio le sobreviven su amada esposa, María Solís Salazar; sus hijos, Juan Salazar, Jesús Salazar, Raúl Salazar, Fernando Salazar, Antonio Salazar, Arturo Salazar; hija, Norma Salazar; catorce nietos; seis bisnietos; dos hermanos y varios otros familiares y amigos.
Antonio fue un padre, abuelo, hermano y amigo amoroso. Cuando no estaba trabajando, disfrutaba pasar tiempo con su familia y amigos. Lo extrañaremos mucho, pero los recuerdos preciosos permanecerán para siempre en los corazones de quienes lo conocieron y amaron.
Se llevará a cabo un funeral el viernes 19 de noviembre de 2021 a las 12:00 p. M. En la funeraria Casey y la capilla de cremaciones con el padre Thomas Duggan oficiando. Se llevará a cabo una visita una hora antes del servicio de 11:00 a. M. A 12:00 p. M. En Casey Funeral Home and Cremations en Princeton. Seguirá el entierro en el cementerio de Price en Pine Level.
