The Miss Goldsboro Pageant was held this past Saturday at the Paramount Theatre.
Goldsboro native and resident Taylor Stovall was crowned Miss Goldsboro 2022. She is the 69th young lady to win the title. Madelyn Evans of Lumberton was named as the new Miss Goldsboro’s Outstanding Teen.
Mount Olive resident Norma Carole Summerlin McDonald was singled out and recognized at Saturday evening’s event as Miss Goldsboro 1961, marking the 60-plus years of pageant history.
