Warrants Secured On Mount Olive Walmart Assault Suspect

Authorities are searching for a suspect in a Walmart assault.  According to a Friday afternoon Facebook post from the Mount Olive Police Department, 33-year-old Darryl J. Williams, Jr. of Wilson has been identified as a suspect in the October 25th assault that left a Mount Olive Walmart cashier with a serious injury.  Williams is wanted on charges of Assault Inflicting Serious Bodily Injury (Felony), Habitual Misdemeanor Assault (Felony), Second Degree Trespassing.  Anyone with information on Williams’ whereabouts is asked to contact the Mount Olive Police Department at 919-658-5031 attention Detective Sergeant Donald Gregory or the Goldsboro-Wayne County Crimestoppers at 919-735-2255.
