On Saturday, Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the report of a suspicious vehicle in the southern area of the county.  Deputies arrived and found two males inside a partially burnt residence.  During the investigation, a short barreled rifle was found inside the vehicle operated by 37-year-old Bradley S. Harper of Goldsboro.  Harper was arrested on the charge of Possessing a Weapon of Mass Destruction.  He was given a $10,000 secured bond and turned over to the Wayne County Detention Center for booking.
