Craig Foucht was sworn in Friday afternoon at the WCPS Central Services office as the new District 5 Board of Education representative. Also in attendance were Dr. David Lewis (Superintendent), Cassie Barnes (Notary of the Public), and Don Christopher West (Board Chair).
