Anthony Valentine scored Wayne Country Day’s only goal during a 1-0 victory against John Paul II on Tuesday.
After the game, the Chargers honored their nine seniors- Thad Moye, Max Young, Braxton Rose, Andrew Sherman, Preston Barnes, C.J. Deselms, Michael Geer, Jack Cole and Hunter Lippold – for their years of hard work and dedication to the Chargers’ soccer program.
Wayne Country Day (15-2 overall) is riding an 11-game win streak and travels to Liberty Christian Academy (0-8) on Wednesday before wrapping up the regular season with a trip to Greenfield (11-4-1) on Friday.
