Boys Soccer: Spring Creek’s Alex Carmona Morales Scores Seven Goals In One Game

Spring Creek was firing on all cylinders against Eastern Wayne on Tuesday.

Alex Carmona Morales scored seven goals to lead the Gators to a 12-0 victory.

According to maxpreps.com, no Spring Creek player has scored seven goals in a game in over a decade. In 2017, Gustavo Avalos scored six goals in a game during a 7-4 win against North Duplin.

Oswaldo Escudero knocked in three goals, while Adrain Tavera and Jonah Perez Velasquez each scored one goal.

Tavera and Carmona Morales each dished out two assists. Bryan Lopez Sanchez, Jossue Pineda Hernández, Homar López, Oswaldo Escudero and Perez Velasquez each contributed one assist apiece.

Spring Creek (8-2-1 overall, 6-0) won its sixth game in a row and continues its march toward a Neuse Six 2A Conference title. The Gators travel to Princeton (3-10-1, 3-3) on Thursday.
