Xzavion Vonta’Marcel Atkinson passed peacefully in the arms of his mother on October 4, 2021. He was born at 11:24 am and met the eyes of Jesus at 4:57 pm the same day.

Xzavion was the son of Kimberly Diane Thurman and Qwa’Mayne Vonta’Marcel Atkinson.

He is survived by siblings, Xzavier Ventura and Xzavionna Thurman, Qwa’Leiyah Atkinson, Qwa’Mayne Atkinson, Alayah Atkinson, Avery Bunch, and Kameron Dial; paternal grandparents, Stacey Frazier and Tameka Atkinson; maternal grandparents, Joseph and Theresa Thurman, and Adriana Thurman; paternal great-grandparents, Annie and Wallace Williams; uncles, Melton Atkinson and Joey Thurman; aunts, Shameka Atkinson and Jennifer Browning and husband, Derek; a host of cousins; and Godparents, Kimberly Floyd and Tatianna Smith.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Lena Pauline Thurman.

Xzavion gave and received a lifetime of love during his short time on earth.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 4 pm with Elder Robbie Sutton officiating.
