A structure fire has shut down a busy Goldsboro roadway this morning.  Herman Street is closed from the railroad tracks to Argo Street due to that structure fire. Motorists are advised to avoid the area.

UPDATE: Herman Street had reopened to traffic as of late Tuesday morning.
