Lester Herbert Howell, Jr., 83, died Saturday at his residence.

Mr. Howell was a retired Gulf Stream Grumman Pilot for the Seminole Indian tribe and was a native of Wayne County, NC He was precede in death by his parents, Mildred Moore Howell and Lester Herbert Howell, Sr. and one brother Jerry Howell..

Surviving is his wife, Katrina Christensen, daughter Theresa Bradley, grandsons, Michael Bradley, Christopher Gilliam and two great-grandsons, Les and Maxwell Gilliam.

There will be a Celebration of Life Gathering for Mr. Les Howell, (September 22, 2021) Wednesday at 5:30 pm at his residence.

Funeral will be (September 24, 2021) Friday at 3:00 PM at Evergreen Funeral Home in Goldsboro, NC with Dr. Elvin Butts officiating . Committal will follow at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.

Family will received friends and family Friday from 2:pm. To 3 pm. at Evergreen Funeral Home.
