The Wayne County Tax Office has reopened to the public following a closure for a potential coronavirus exposure.  The Tax Office reopened for regular business hours on Wednesday, according to Wayne County Government.  The office was closed on Tuesday due to the COVID-19 exposure among staff.  There was no known risk to residents who may have visited the tax office due to the COVID safety measures in place, including  the plexiglass windows in this office and masks being required in county facilities.
