Whitley McCoy had a team-high eight kills, while Alaina Johnson finished the game with seven kills, but Princeton fell to C.B. Aycock on Tuesday afternoon 23-25, 25-17, 21-25, 18-25.
London Cook, Kayleigh Klein and Mikalah Dale each had four kills for the Bulldogs. Cook also served four aces.
The loss moves the Bulldogs’ record to 0-1. With the win, C.B. Aycock improves its record to 2-0 overall.
Both squads are back in action on Thursday. Princeton hosts Hunt (1-0), while C.B. Aycock hosts Goldsboro (1-0).
