A Goldsboro resident is stabbed during an incident in Kinston. Around 8:20 PM Tuesday, the Kinston Police Department responded to the 800 block of E. Washington Avenue for the report of a disturbance.  Moments later, the officers were advised 38-year-old Takeisha Barrett of Goldsboro had arrived at UNC Lenoir Hospital with a stab wound to the left shoulder.   The officers determined Barrett’s injury stemmed from the disturbance call on Washington Ave.  The incident is still being investigated.
