It is with profound sorrow and grief that we the management and staff of Serenity Memorial Funeral Home join with the Leftdwrige and connected families to announce the earthly transition of Rae’Quan Leftdwrige 18.
A Time to be Born: He was born May 17, 2003 to Moses Earl Brodie Jr and Jameca Leftdwrige.
A Time to Die: Rae’Quan’s Life ended too soon on June 30, 2021.
A Time to plant: Attended Wayne County school. Worked at Walmart, Subway and Rocket Wash Cars helped his family with the landscaping business for 8 years. RaeQuan was very passionate about his music, video games, dancing and cooking.
A Time to Love: He protected and loved his mother, nurtured his sisters and was his brother’s keeper. RaeRae showed love and respect to all his family and friends.
Rae’Quan Leftdwrige is preceded in death by his Grandfather Gary Lee Litaker, Great Grandfathers, Pastor Willie Lee Leftdwrige and Moses Earl Brodie Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his father Moses Earl Brodie Jr., mother Jameca Leftdwrige Spruill, Stepfather Eddie Lee Spruill Jr; Siblings: Jai’Quan Brodie, Azanni Hagans, Aaliyah Lefdwrige, Eddie Spruill, Je’Kiyah Spruill, Shaquala Brodie, NiJunt’e Brodie, Caleb Brawley. Grandmothers; Judith Whitfield, Iris Harris, Great Grandmother; Mary Leftdwrige and Sarah Faison. Uncle and Aunts; Shawanna Artis (Jovares) Chanelle Leftdwrige, Arika Jones, Stephanie Litaker, Shakeia Litaker, Angela Litaker, Kelly Litaker, Latoya Litaker, Quin Fowler, Gabrielle Gooding, Keiamber Litaker, Lekeisha Faulk, Lakinda Jones, Trayvonta Faison, Montey Faulk. RaeRae’s best friend KyJuan Owens. A host of Great aunts and Great Uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Final arrangements have been set and public visitation will be observed on July 9, 2021 1 hour prior to the service.
Rae’Quans family will observe a visitation on July 9, 2021 with a Celebration of Life at 1 pm at the Greater St. John FWB Church 613 Mitchell Rd, Dudley, NC
