The celebration of his life will be held on Monday, July 5, 2021 at 1:00pm with a viewing from 12:00pm to 12:50pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Hood Cemetery, La Grange, NC.

He was born in Kinston, NC to Paul Linwood Halsey Sr. and Sadie Marie Hood Halsey.
