Mr. William F. Cooper, 82, passed on Sunday, June 13, 2021 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. The family will have a PRIVATE celebration of his life on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 11:00am at Augusta Chapel Missionary Baptist, 599 Durham Lake Road, Dudley, NC. Those who have been invited to attend, are asked to please wear a mask. He will be laid to rest at the Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC. There will be a viewing held on Friday, June 18, 2021 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.

He was born on September 16, 1938 in Pamlico County, NC Roy Rathell and Ina Moseley Cooper. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Gwendolyn McKinnie Cooper.
