One person is killed in a head-on collision along a Wayne County roadway.  The State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred just before 8 AM Thursday morning on Wayne Memorial Drive near Stoney Creek Church Road.  A Dodge minivan traveling north on Wayne Memorial Drive apparently crossed the centerline and struck a Dodge Durango.  The driver of the minivan, 84-year-old Quentin Garcia of Goldsboro, died as a result of the crash.  The Durango’s driver was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.  There was no word on potential factors in the accident.  The State Highway Patrol says impaired driving is NOT suspected.
