Lexi Lewis, a junior at Rosewood High School was the 1A Carolina Conference women’s golf champion.

Lewis, the daughter of Reed and Melissa Lewis, was the medalist in every conference match this season, and she represented the conference at the North Carolina 1A /2A Eastern Regional and finished in fifth place by shooting an 86 at Lane Tree Golf Club on Tuesday.

Lewis will play in the NCHSAA Girls’ High School State Championship at Pinehurst #8 on Tuesday, May 11.
